Our report forms are READABLE and UNDERSTANDABLE.
The buyer does not have to search for deficiencies. The report
guides even the most experienced inspector through the items which
need checking. The standard notes save valuable time and accurately
states what you wish to communicate.

The advantages to our
manual system include not only less time on site
but also clear and professionally printed figures and diagrams.
Durability: Our manual system
will survive a drop from 2, 3, 10, even 20 feet. Our manual system
has no batteries, hard drive, motherboard etc. which could die
halfway through the inspection.
Many of us are not neat writers or great spelllers, so the computer seems like the way to go.
One of the inspectors
using our report tried a computer system, but came back to the
manual. He said there were no hassles with
equipment, worry about the power being off, worry about thunderstorms
etc.
Finally, the comment we received that pretty much sums
up the largest advantage to our system is:
